Cardmarket is temporarily changing banks from Wise to Commerzbank. We've run into several issues with Wise in recent weeks which unfortunately forced us to make this change. All users who transferred money to our Belgian Wise account and have not received it on their Cardmarket account yet will get their money either credited or refunded as soon as possible. In case of a refund we then encourage you to try and pay again for your orders using our Commerzbank details listed below.
For users, this means that, when using the deferred credit option on Cardmarket, users will directly transfer their money to our Commerzbank account. Cardmarket has worked with Commerzbank extensively in the past with no issues, so we're confident that this method is both reliable and stable.

Users must include the correct transfer reason for their deposit to ensure that it is accepted.
