Cardmarket is Switching to a New Help Desk System: Freshdesk

Dear Cardmarket Users,

As you may know from the message on your home page, Cardmarket is moving our Help Desk client to Freshdesk. For users, the process of submitting tickets is basically the same as before and there will be some small changes to the user interface when submitting a ticket. Our in-house support team is still the ones responding to your requests. They just have better tools now to help answer tickets more efficiently than they could before. This also helps clean up Cardmarket’s code base, similar to the Help, Insight, and News changes that happened recently.

The switch to Freshdesk will happen on 06.11.2023. That means the old Helpdesk system will no longer be functional starting on that day. If there are any remaining unresolved tickets on 06.11, we will close them on the old client and prompt users to resubmit them on the new system. Users will still have temporary read-only access to their old tickets on CM for a short period following the switch in case they need any information from them. We will let users know ahead of time when this read-only period will end.
