We've heard from distributors about shipping delays for Scene Boxes, Draft Nights, and Collector's Boxes – along with associated singles – from The Hobbit expansion. We expect this to delay shipping for these products for the pre-release tomorrow. Scene boxes, in particular, could be delayed for a month or longer. Other products appear to be arriving as expected, but we ask for users' patience as sellers receive and ship delayed products.
We highly recommend that all affected sellers contact affected buyers about these delays - especially in the case of longer delays where the buyer may want to cancel. While we don't intentionally apply restrictions to sellers for shipping and production delays, clear communication is the best way to avoid any temporary consequences.
