Over the weekend, some of our users started reporting a bug that was causing their shipments to display as empty. These shipments aren't empty though, they just display as empty and are updated with their correct contents a few hours later. We have identified the issue. Two servers went down and now the system is catching up on the backlog. We don't have an ETA on exactly how long it will take, but the problem should resolve itself shortly. Users should avoid interacting with the empty orders until they've properly updated.
Please don't open new tickets related to this issue - as it will resolve itself.
