Slower Ticket Replies During the Winter Months

Dear Cardmarket users,

The holiday season is nearly upon us, and that means a lot of shipments. The result of this increase is a slow down in our ticket response time. Our support team is working hard to get that response time back to normal, and we ask for users’ patience while they work through the backlog. In other words, please don’t create new tickets for issues that already have a ticket pending.
