Today, we have updated the way Cardmarket handles arrival confirmation for shipments:
Usually, if a buyer does not confirm an arrival "in time", we send out a ticket – and an e-mail – to remind the user, within 7 days, to either:
- Confirm the arrival
- Or report the shipment as "not (yet) arrived."
These notification e-mails will no longer be sent. Instead, the buyer will see a new task on his landing page, highlighting that he needs to take action before the shipment is automatically confirmed. This should streamline the process. But, of course, users will now need to pay careful attention to their Cardmarket account if they have recently purchased something.
