Delay on Support Tickets

Dear users,

Our support team is currently flooded with an exceptionally high volume of tickets. This means some tickets have gone unanswered for much longer than what we aim for and what you may be accustomed to. You can typically expect to get a response within 48 hours of opening a ticket on business days, often earlier, but right now answers can take up to seven days.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. We are also working hard on fixing the issue and clearing the backlog. Growing our Helpdesk teams, systems, and processes resulted in a temporary bottleneck but will improve our capacities and response times going forward.

If you are waiting for a response, we kindly ask for your patience. Please don't open another ticket for an issue already submitted. Our support staff will handle all tickets in chronological order, and we promise we will get to yours too!
