Dear Cardmarket users,
On Saturday, we had to disable the Shopping Wizard on Cardmarket. We noticed on Friday that our server provider's infrastructure was being heavily taxed because of the Shopping Wizard. We attempted to reduce this pressure by enabling Cloudflare for all users, but this was not enough to solve the problem. With no other choices left to make sure the website remained stable, we have temporarily disabled the Shopping Wizard.
We will be enabling and disabling the Shopping Wizard repeatedly over the next couple days to test optimizations we've made, but are not sure whether this will fix the problem, as we do not have direct influence on our provider's hardware. We will update this news piece when we have more information.
