We have a new tool to introduce: the Cardmarket Assistant. This AI-powered tool will answer your questions using our help pages. It pulls information directly from the help pages and summarizes the key points, while providing links to the pages it’s referencing. This is not meant to be a replacement for customer support in any way.
Cardmarket is still and will remain fully committed to expert multilingual human customer support based at our headquarters, which we believe is the best way to help users with their questions. There are limitations, however, to the speed at which support can act, depending on the number of users we have and the number of tickets generated even as we continue to hire more agents.
The assistant will help users find the answers to common questions and help us identify where we can improve our help section for everyday Cardmarket users. One limitation users should be aware of is that there is no direct link from the assistant to the ticket creation screen. Our agents need to have the full information from the affected shipment, so anyone looking to contact support should create their tickets from the relevant shipment page.
To start, we are beta testing this feature on the help pages - the button with the robot in the bottom right. We encourage all users who are having trouble or need help to check with the CM Assistant first, as it may be able to answer your question without creating a ticket and waiting for a response. Furthermore, your questions will help us identify the pain points that need more help resources. If you have any additional feedback on the CM Assistant, send an email to cm-assistant@cardmarket.com. We won’t reply, but we will consider your feedback for any future improvements. Please be aware that this is not a support channel. If you have questions for customer support, create a ticket from the relevant shipment page or on Freshdesk.
