The national postal service in France - La Poste - was the victim of a suspected cyberattack yesterday. This DDoS attack has made their website and all associated online services unavailable. Everything related to shipments going to or coming from France will be significantly delayed as a result.
Additionally, we expect it may take La Poste a little longer than normal in these circumstances to get everything working again - owing to the holidays. We ask that users be very patient with shipments going to and from France over the next few weeks. Tracking information is currently unavailable but the postal service is still running normally. It just will take longer for sellers to postmark and send their shipments, now that they no longer have access to online services from La Poste.
