As mentioned in our last holiday news, from December 15 to January 12, the European postal system is heavily congested owing to a high volume of mail traffic. We have some tips though to help you deal with delays:
- Maintain continuous contact with the buyer/seller involved with your shipment. Please remember that if they do not respond, they may be on vacation. Be patient when waiting for their reply.
- Check the tracking number, and if there is any incident, please click this link for more information.
- If you do not receive your shipment within the expected timeframe, please be patient. The vast majority of orders from mid-to-late December are delivered in January.
- Please open a ticket only if there is an update regarding your postal claim. Otherwise, we ask that you to wait until January before creating a ticket regarding your shipment.
We understand that many of you are shopping for gifts and want your shipments before the holidays, but we do not control the postal service and cannot make them work faster. Submitting unnecessary tickets related to normal postal delays slows down our ability to address the cases we can help.
